It is by 863 fare dodgers less than in January 2012, when 6920 passengers without tickets were fined in Riga public transport.

Just to compare: 29833 checkups were carried in January 2012, which is by 5332 checkups more than in February 2012.
In February 2012, the maximum number of fare dodgers was fined on tram route No. 6 – 497, but the minimum number – 2 passengers – on bus route No. 20.
